Cloppenburg Group now sells Xpeng electric cars in Germany

The Cloppenburg Group, a leading BMW and Mini dealer in Germany, is expanding its brand portfolio. Since January of this year, the trading group has become the official distributor for Xpeng Motors in Germany.

Electric models from the Chinese premium brand Xpeng will now be sold and serviced at Cloppenburg Group offices in Ansbach and Duisburg.

According to Cloppenburg CEO Bart Gerris, Xpeng fits well into their current portfolio, and with this addition, they are consistently following their diversification strategy.

For many years, the Cloppenburg Group has specialized in battery electric vehicles—a segment where Xpeng aims to excel with features like long range, fast charging times, and extensive connectivity.
