Hyundai Grandeur facelift reveals new interior and exterior updates
The updated Hyundai Grandeur is getting closer to its debut, and new spy shots have revealed its production-ready exterior and completely redesigned interior for the first time. The main innovation is the Pleos Connect system, which has become the centerpiece of the updated cabin architecture. A large vertical Tesla-style display is complemented by a compact digital instrument cluster positioned higher in the driver's sightline. Physical buttons have been minimized, with the interface now serving as the primary control for climate and vehicle functions.
The "Black Ink" variant has also been spotted without camouflage, featuring dark chrome, an updated grille, and the absence of the previous vertical headlights. The Grandeur now sports horizontal MLA modules and a wider LED daytime running light strip. At the rear, the turn signals and lighting graphics have been redesigned.
Beyond the interface, ergonomic improvements are expected, including a new steering wheel shape, a repositioned gear selector, enhanced storage compartments, and dual wireless charging.
The powertrain lineup will remain unchanged, consisting of a naturally aspirated 2.5-liter engine, a 3.5-liter V6, and a 1.6T hybrid. An electric version is not planned for this facelift, though a fully electric Grandeur could arrive around 2027 based on the E-GMP platform.
The debut is anticipated in the first half of 2026, with a price increase of approximately 2 million KRW. This update promises to be one of the most technologically advanced in the model's history.
