Lexus UX 300h 2026 model year updates and features

Lexus has updated the UX 300h crossover for the 2026 model year, expanding trim levels, enhancing safety features, and revising pricing. The model remains the brand's smallest SUV and continues to be offered exclusively as a hybrid, powered by a 2.0-liter gasoline engine. It delivers a combined output of 199 horsepower and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.3 seconds. All versions come with front-wheel drive.

For 2026, the UX 300h is available in five trim levels: Premium, F Sport Design, F Sport Design Tech, F Sport, and Takumi. The base Premium trim now includes blind-spot monitoring, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and gear selector, and wireless charging. Every model receives the Driver Monitor system, which tracks driver attention and can safely bring the vehicle to a stop if it detects no response.

The Lexus Link Connect interface operates through a 9.8-inch screen, while higher trims offer up to a 12.3-inch display with more advanced navigation. As always, the Takumi trim focuses on premium comfort, featuring leather seats, ventilation, memory settings, and a Mark Levinson audio system.

Pricing starts at £38,095, with the top-tier Takumi version priced at £49,495.

Overall, the UX 300h update signals a strategic shift for Lexus in the compact crossover segment. The brand is moving its focus from "affordable premium" toward richer electronics and active safety features.
