Honda recall: 2024 Acura ZDX and Prologue software problems
Honda is recalling 65,135 vehicles, specifically the 2024 Acura ZDX and 2024 Honda Prologue, as part of a National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) campaign. The recall stems from a software issue that could cause the dashboard display to malfunction. A separate software glitch may prevent the rearview camera image from appearing when the vehicle is in reverse. These problems mean the affected cars do not meet federal vehicle safety standards.
To fix the issues, dealerships will update the software free of charge for owners. Notification letters are scheduled to be mailed starting April 20, 2026.
