Genesis G90 facelift features updated design and 27-inch OLED screen

The updated Genesis G90 has been spotted during road tests in South Korea. The flagship sedan is preparing for a facelift that should make the model more modern both inside and out.

Judging by spy photos, the car's design is inspired by the Neolun concept and the upcoming GV90 SUV. The sedan will get a redesigned Crest radiator grille with a more closed-off look, along with new slim rear lights that stretch horizontally. The front end may receive updated dual-strip LED headlights that match the brand's new style.

Inside, a significant technology refresh is expected. One of the key elements could be a 27-inch OLED screen that combines the digital instrument cluster and multimedia system. A similar solution is already used in the updated Genesis GV80 and provides more convenient control of the car's functions. Premium trim materials, ambient lighting, and expanded comfort features for rear-seat passengers are also anticipated.

No major changes to the engine lineup have been confirmed yet. However, the company may introduce a hybrid powertrain that's planned for use in future brand models.

The updated Genesis G90 will also get an expanded set of driver assistance systems, including blind-spot collision avoidance, an updated highway driving assist system, and a remote parking function.
