Mitsubishi Triton 2026 model: specs, pricing, and updates
Mitsubishi has unveiled the specifications and pricing for the updated 2026 model year Triton pickup in Australia. Sales will begin in May, with the lineup offering 15 variants.
The main technical upgrade is a revised suspension. The GLX and GLX+ versions feature a reinforced four-leaf rear setup, while higher trims get a three-leaf system. For the top-tier GSR variant, Yamaha Performance Dampers have been introduced for the first time, enhancing handling and straight-line stability.
All versions are powered by a 2.4-liter bi-turbo diesel engine producing 150 kW and 470 Nm of torque. The update also includes the Mitsubishi Connect system, which adds a telematics module with 4G and GPS support, along with remote monitoring and emergency assistance features.
Pricing starts at AU$37,090 (US$25,722) for the base rear-wheel-drive model and goes up to AU$65,590 (US$45,487) for the top all-wheel-drive option. This refreshed Triton aims to strengthen its position in the small business vehicle segment by blending durability, functionality, and modern technology.
