Mitsubishi's UK comeback: dealer network and key models for 2026

Mitsubishi has officially begun establishing its dealer network in the UK ahead of its return to the market in 2026. So far, 33 sales outlets have been confirmed, with the overall plan aiming for around 60 dealers nationwide.

The first wave includes both previous brand partners and new entrants. Among the returning dealers are Humphries & Parks, Adam Purves, Fields of Bromsgrove, and Celtic Mitsubishi. They are joined by new players such as York Mitsubishi and Jeffries of Bacton. The manufacturer expects to complete the network formation in the coming months.

Mitsubishi's comeback will be accompanied by the launch of key models, including the new L200 pickup and the Outlander PHEV hybrid crossover. These vehicles are designed to attract both corporate clients and private buyers. Dealers are already reporting strong interest in the new offerings, especially in the SUV and commercial pickup segments.

The brand is banking on partner experience and developed infrastructure: over 100 Mitsubishi service centers are already operating in the UK. This reduces risks during the re-entry and helps rebuild customer trust more quickly.

Mitsubishi's return to the UK appears well-planned and phased. If demand for the L200 and Outlander proves solid, the brand could carve out a niche in a competitive market where practical models still have room to grow.
