The brand's market share reached 3.5%, while the overall market grew by just 5.2%.

The TUCSON and i20 models were the primary contributors to this growth. Electric vehicles also played a significant role, particularly the INSTER and IONIQ 5. Around 3,000 units of the INSTER were registered in Germany during the quarter, maintaining its lead among compact electric cars.

Fully electric models accounted for 26.5% of Hyundai's sales, well above the market average of approximately 21%. The company aims to strengthen its position with new arrivals: the IONIQ 6 N is now on sale, and the IONIQ 3 is set to debut in April.

Overall, Hyundai's 2026 model lineup is becoming a key growth driver for the brand in the European market.
