Externally, the 2026 XT5 stays true to Cadillac's brand styling: a massive shield grille, expressive LED headlights with a unique signature, and T-shaped taillights connected by a chrome bar. A roof spoiler and dual exhaust outlets add a sporty touch. The crossover measures 4888 mm in length, 1957 mm in width, 1694-1698 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2863 mm.

Inside, there's a curved 33-inch 9K display that combines the instrument cluster and infotainment system. The steering wheel now has three spokes, and climate control is managed via touch panels or physical buttons. Equipment includes heated, ventilated, and massaging front seats, memory settings, heated rear seats, a panoramic roof, a premium AKG audio system, power liftgate, and a rearview mirror with live video feed.

Under the hood, the XT5 features a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a 48-volt mild hybrid system, producing 174 kW (237 hp) and 350 Nm of torque. It's paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is available on most trims. In China, the 2026 XT5 is offered in four versions, with five color options: black, white, gray, green, and blue.
