Stellantis Expands Connect One and Plus with New EV and Safety Features

Connect One: Enhanced Features for Electric Vehicles

The Connect ONE package now includes the e-Remote Control function for all Stellantis brands, along with e-ROUTES from Free2move Charge for Opel and Peugeot. This feature lets drivers of electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids manage charging and precondition the cabin directly from their smartphone. Beyond merely boosting cabin comfort, it also promotes more efficient energy use, helping preserve range at the start of every trip.

Connect Plus: Increased Safety and Entertainment

The optional Connect PLUS package incorporates two additional services that expand the vehicle's capabilities both onboard and remotely:

• Amazon Alexa Voice Services (Alexa Vehicle to Home): drivers can control smart home devices directly from the car via Amazon Alexa.
• Stolen Vehicle Tracking Assistance: this system enables tracking of a stolen vehicle and assists law enforcement by granting access to the car's location mode for its swift recovery.

These services are now included in the Connect PLUS package at no extra charge.

e-ROUTES from Free2move Charge is a smart assistant accessible directly from the vehicle, regardless of whether it has built-in navigation. Control is handled via screen mirroring. The service optimizes trip planning by calculating the most suitable route based on several criteria, including the EV's range, charging station availability, traffic conditions, overall distance, and driving style.

Taking into account driver preferences and real-time data, e-ROUTES helps tailor route planning to individual needs, simplifying journey planning with charging for EV owners.
