BMW unveils Black Package for M340i and M340d models
BMW introduces the new Black Package for M340i and M340d 3 Series. Available from summer 2026, it adds darkened badges, black wheels, and red brake calipers.
BMW is introducing a new Black Package for the M340i and M340d versions of the 3 Series. The option arrives in summer 2026 and is available for both the G20 LCI II sedan and the G21 LCI II Touring. This package comes as the current-generation 3 Series nears the end of its lifecycle.
Based on the Shadow Line package, the Black Package adds more blacked-out elements. It includes darkened badges, 19-inch Double-spoke 995 M alloy wheels in Jet Black, M Shadow Line darkened headlights, and red brake calipers. The visual effect varies with body color, ranging from a striking black-and-white contrast to an almost fully black look.
Inside, the package features seat belts with M stripes and carbon-fiber trim. Beyond that, buyers can select individual options as usual.
Pricing depends on the model and tire choice. In Germany, the Black Package costs between 2,500 and 3,500 euros.
