A Modest Van Tuner Just Landed Italy's Most Famous Design House

Nobody expected a modest tuner of VIP vans to land a design name with half a century of Italian pedigree behind it — but that's exactly what happened. Pininfarina will design the interiors for Exclua's vehicles, and this is no ordinary design contract. The agreement covers a fully custom cabin for every client, with the first projects arriving as early as October 2026.
Exclua is a division of Fakhoury Motors, specializing in vehicle tuning — particularly VIP vans and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The bet is on private clients, families, entrepreneurs and institutional buyers — people for whom ordinary comfort simply isn't enough, and privacy on the road comes at a premium.
And the details speak for themselves. Pininfarina's cabins will feature fully reclining massage seats, enhanced sound insulation, privacy partitions and ambient lighting. Add to that high-speed Wi-Fi, screens and integrated digital control systems. Finishes include leather, wood and materials chosen to order. In short: a first-class cabin on wheels.
