GWM H7 finally gets real prices and its wildest hybrid hits 435 hp
The guessing is over: GWM confirms an October 2026 Italian launch, four powertrains and a 435 hp Hi4 flagship priced at €46,000.
The GWM H7 is no longer just a promise for Europe: at the Turin Auto Show, the company revealed Italian pricing and put a firm date on its dealer arrival — October 2026. And these are no longer preliminary numbers. The entry-level H7 is priced at €37,000, while the range-topping version climbs to €46,000.
The powertrain lineup is where things get more interesting. Italy will receive four versions: a front-wheel-drive Hi2 hybrid with 247 hp, a 2.0 Turbo gasoline model with all-wheel drive and 222 hp, a 326 hp Hi2 plug-in hybrid, and the flagship all-wheel-drive Plug-in Hi4. The latter produces 320 kW, or 435 hp, and costs the full €46,000.
Until very recently, the European H7 was surrounded by more question marks, with an estimated starting price of around €35,000 and a launch penciled in only for the fourth quarter. Now GWM has named both the month and the official Italian price list. There is an even flashier figure — a launch offer from €29,990. But do not be fooled by the attractive number: it is not the standard “turnkey” price, and some registration-related costs, including IPT, are excluded.
The GWM H7 is 4.68 m long, while the Hi4 version will mark the European debut of this all-wheel-drive hybrid technology. The quoted prices apply specifically to Italy, so they should not be treated as a universal European price list. Some technical specifications are also still going through final homologation and may yet be adjusted.
