Manhart tunes the Range Rover Sport SV to 794 hp with MHTronik
German specialist Manhart has unveiled a tuning package for the Range Rover Sport SV, lifting the SUV’s output to 794 hp and 960 Nm. The added muscle comes via the company’s MHTronik module working with the BMW-sourced 4.4‑liter twin‑turbo V8.
Beyond the revised electronics, the Range Rover gains a stainless-steel exhaust, a lowered suspension setup, and 24‑inch forged wheels. The brakes remain standard, though bespoke upgrades are available to those who want them. With this kind of shove on tap, that option list will likely appeal to drivers planning more spirited use, while the stock stoppers should be fine in everyday traffic.
Inside, changes are minimal, limited to Manhart-branded floor mats. Some parts of the package aren’t available in Germany due to TÜV certification constraints and are intended for export—a reminder that not every loud or low setup clears local regulations.
The Manhart SV 800 shows how the right set of upgrades can turn a luxury SUV into a performance-focused machine with supercar-level intent. The headline figures draw attention, but it’s the way power, stance, and soundtrack are brought together that gives the build its purpose.
