Audi updates the myAudi app with a ChatGPT-based AI assistant, digital key support, and EV tools for charging, route planning, and battery preconditioning.
Audi has unveiled an updated myAudi app with built-in artificial intelligence. The new assistant, developed together with CARIAD and Audi and based on ChatGPT technology, can handle technical questions and consult the car’s digital logbook.
The app now features a redesigned interface that brings together vehicle controls, smartphone functions, and online services in one place. Among the additions is a digital key that lets you lock, unlock, and start the car using a phone or smartwatch, no physical key required. It’s the kind of convenience that tends to redefine everyday habits.
Owners of electric models get tools for managing charging, planning routes, and monitoring battery status. The user can preheat or cool the battery in advance and send routes directly to the vehicle’s navigation system—small touches that make the whole experience feel more seamless.
The refreshed myAudi app is available in the App Store and Google Play in more than 50 countries. Audi plans to add new functions over time, positioning the app as one of the most advanced debuts at auto shows and a practical companion for owners of 2025–2026 vehicles.
