Mitsubishi Outlander LS Black Edition launched in Australia
Mitsubishi introduces the Outlander LS Black Edition in Australia with black design accents, all-wheel drive, and advanced features. Price starts at $47,990 AUD.
Mitsubishi has expanded the Outlander lineup in Australia with the new LS Black Edition. Despite the name, this crossover isn't offered in a solid black color; the closest option is Graphite Gray. Moonstone Gray and White Diamond are also available.
Black elements do feature prominently in the design. They appear on the rear side window trim, the Dynamic Shield grille, roof rails, fog light surrounds, and decorative inserts on the front and rear bumpers. The mirror housings, moldings, and 18-inch alloy wheels are also finished in black.

According to the manufacturer, some equipment in the LS Black Edition is borrowed from the Aspire trim. This includes seats trimmed with microsuede and synthetic leather inserts, heated front seats, and power adjustment for the driver's seat. It also retains the basic features of the LS version, such as the suspension tuned for Australia, the Dynamic Yamaha Sound System with eight speakers, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The crossover is equipped with the Super All-Wheel Control all-wheel-drive system. The recommended price in Australia starts at 47,990 Australian dollars (32,650 US dollars). Deliveries to dealers will begin in February 2026.
In addition, Mitsubishi has expanded the Outlander family in Australia with the ES 2WD version featuring a 5+2 seating layout. Previously available only to corporate clients, it is now offered to private buyers as well. The price starts at 42,540 Australian dollars (28,940 US dollars), with specifications stated to be the same as the five-seat version.
