American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) has expanded its accessory catalog with the introduction of new off-road wheels called Crestone DualSport for modern GM pickups. These wheels are designed for 2023 and newer Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon models, as well as 2019 and newer Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks.

Priced at $311 per wheel, the Crestone DualSport comes in two finishes: Onyx and Satin Black. The wheels measure 17x8 inches and feature a split six-spoke design. They have a 6x139.7 mm bolt pattern and a +12 mm offset. AEV notes that these wheels are intended for vehicles running 33- to 35-inch tires.

According to AEV, the wheels are engineered to sit flush with factory fender flares while maintaining proper clearance, geometry, and on-road handling. They are manufactured using low-pressure permanent mold casting from heat-treated A356/T6 aluminum. Each wheel weighs 35 pounds (about 15.9 kg) and has a load rating of 2400 pounds (approximately 1089 kg).

The wheels also meet SAE J2530 standards and include a protected valve stem pocket. They are fully compatible with factory tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS). Buyers can choose from three configurations, including a beadlock ring option that AEV recommends for off-road use only.
