Dodge has opened preorders for the new Charger Scat Pack sedan. The newcomer packs a 3.0-liter twin-turbo Hurricane engine rated at 550 hp and is billed as the most powerful four-door sedan in the industry priced under $60,000.

Pricing starts at $56,995 before taxes and fees. That’s $2,000 more than the two-door version and $7,000 less than the electric Charger Daytona. It also comes in cheaper than the 500-hp Ford Mustang Dark Horse, a frequent point of comparison—on paper, the value play is clear.

The sedan features all-wheel drive, an active exhaust, Launch Control, plus drift and burnout modes. Top speed is listed at 285 km/h, and 0–100 km/h takes about four seconds. With AWD and those factory fun modes, the setup comes across as deliberately playful while keeping traction in reserve.

Inside, there are leather-and-Alcantara sport seats and a 12.3-inch Uconnect display. The manufacturer says buyers will receive a day of performance-driving instruction at Radford Racing School. Slotted into the 2026 lineup, the Charger Scat Pack is positioned as a key piece in keeping classic muscle-car traditions alive as the brand moves forward.
