Lexus has launched sales of the updated electric RZ in Germany. The model starts at €57,100, with the first customer deliveries expected in the coming weeks.

The crossover features a modernized 77 kWh battery, which boosts the WLTP range to up to 559 km depending on the version. DC fast charging can replenish the battery from 10% to 80% in around 30 minutes. A 22 kW onboard charger comes as standard equipment.

Three variants are available: the RZ 350e with 227 hp and front-wheel drive, the RZ 500e with 380 hp, and the RZ 550e with 408 hp and the Direct4 all-wheel-drive system. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes as little as 4.4 seconds, while top speed reaches 180 km/h. Energy consumption is rated from 14.7 kWh per 100 km.

For the first time, an F Sport version is offered for the RZ 550e, featuring a retuned suspension, Steer-by-Wire system, and a Yoke-style steering wheel. Lexus also provides a warranty of up to 15 years or 250,000 km with proper maintenance. The battery is guaranteed to retain at least 70% of its capacity for 10 years or 250,000 km.
