General Motors has introduced the Midnight Edition appearance package for the 2026 model year Chevrolet Trax and Trailblazer. This update is available exclusively for the LT trim and transforms the crossovers' exterior look.

For the Trax, the package includes 17-inch black alloy wheels, a black grille, darkened emblems, black mirror caps, and roof rails. All chrome elements have been removed. The package costs $695. There are no restrictions on body color—the black elements can be paired with any factory paint shade.

The Trailblazer Midnight Edition comes with 18-inch black wheels and a similar set of darkened exterior details. The price of the package is $895.

Both models are built on the GM VSS-F platform. Under the hood sits a turbocharged 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine. For the Trailblazer, a 1.3-liter turbocharged engine is also available.

The updated crossovers are part of the brand's new 2026 vehicle lineup and are manufactured in South Korea at GM plants in Changwon and Bupyeong. The Midnight Edition package is purely visual and does not affect the technical aspects.
