According to Ford's 2025 sales report, retail buyers accounted for just under 70% of Ford Expedition sales last year, while commercial customers purchased around 30% of these vehicles.

This makes the Expedition one of the most popular vehicles among corporate clients in the North American market.

Other Ford models also saw steady demand in the commercial sector. The Ford F-150, for instance, was sold 80% to retail buyers and 20% to corporate customers last year. The Ford Ranger posted the highest retail sales percentage among all pickups in the lineup, with less than 90% going to retail and just over 10% to commercial clients.

The all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning wasn't far behind, with just under 80% of sales in retail and just over 20% in commercial. More than 80% of Ford Maverick sales last year were retail, with less than 20% going to corporate customers.
