Leapmotor's 2025 momentum: EV sales up 84%, C10 AWD and new models
Leapmotor posts 84% YoY EV sales growth in Oct 2025, 465,805 YTD. C10 AWD touts 598 hp, 0-100 km/h in 4s and 22-min fast charge. D19 and B05 expand the lineup.
Chinese EV maker Leapmotor is keeping up a brisk global pace. In October 2025, the company delivered 72,286 vehicles, an 84% jump year over year. From January through October, sales reached 465,805 units—up 120.7% versus 2024. The numbers tell a clear story of momentum.
The growth engines remain the B10 and C10 crossovers; the latter is offered both as a battery-electric model and as a range-extended hybrid. At the Zurich motor show, the brand showcased the C10 AWD—an all-electric SUV rated at 598 hp, capable of 0–100 km/h in 4 seconds, with charging from 30 to 80% taking just 22 minutes. On paper, that mix points to lively performance and brief stops at the plug.
Next up are the larger D19 and the B05 hatchback, known domestically as the Lafa 5. Both are built on the LEAP 3.5 platform and aimed at international markets. The planned rollout helps round out the lineup across popular body styles while keeping the focus on accessible, everyday usability.
