Skoda Octavia introduces Dragon Skin color for 30th anniversary
Skoda celebrates the Octavia's 30th anniversary with Dragon Skin, a new color chosen by fans, available for vRS and SportLine models in the UK from March 2026.
Skoda is celebrating the Octavia's 30th anniversary by introducing a new body color called Dragon Skin to the UK market. Fans chose this shade through an online poll, where it beat out options like Storm Blue and Tangerine Orange.
Dragon Skin will be available starting March 4, 2026, exclusively for the Octavia vRS in both liftback and estate body styles. The color adds £855 to the price.
A limited run of 130 Octavia SportLine models for the UK will also offer Dragon Skin as an option.
The Octavia debuted in 1996 as the first Skoda model fully developed under Volkswagen Group ownership. It's now in its fourth generation.
In 2025, Skoda UK registered 83,304 vehicles, a nearly 6% increase over 2024. The Octavia remains a key model for the brand, even though it was outsold by the Kodiaq crossover last year.
