Chevrolet unveils the Trax RS Ignite Edition with design tweaks, red accents, and connected features. Pre-orders available now in South Korea.
Chevrolet has unveiled a special edition of its Trax crossover, dubbed the RS Ignite Edition. The company is now accepting pre-orders for the model, with sales set to begin through its dealer network.
Based on the RS trim, the new variant features several design tweaks. Key highlights include red accents and carbon-fiber-effect elements. Exterior changes include a carbon-fiber insert on the front skid plate, carbon-fiber mirror caps, a gloss-black grille, and a chrome decorative strip. At the rear, it sports a signature red LED Chevrolet Black Bowtie logo.

The cabin adopts a black-and-red color scheme. Inside, red accents appear on the air vents, complemented by a gloss-black instrument panel, a D-shaped steering wheel with red stitching, and seats with decorative stitching. Additional features include sport pedal covers, all-weather floor mats, and a cargo area protector.
This model retains connected ecosystem functions. The OnStar system supports over-the-air software updates, remote engine start, remote door locking, and vehicle status monitoring.

In South Korea, the Trax RS Ignite Edition is priced at 28.86 million won. Pre-orders opened on March 4th through official Chevrolet dealers. The company has also launched a promotional campaign for buyers. Customers who place an order and take delivery by the end of April can participate in a test-drive event and a gift certificate giveaway.
