Android Auto and adaptive cruise control top drivers' most-used car features

A SPEEDME.RU survey shows Android Auto is used most, followed by adaptive cruise control. Drivers value USB ports, Bluetooth, heated seats and panoramic roofs.
Although a car’s main job is to get you from point A to point B, comfort and tech matter just as much to most drivers. A recent survey by SPEEDME.RU highlighted the features motorists use most often, and the results were exactly what you’d expect.
The clear leader is Android Auto. Drivers launch it almost every time they start the car, turning the smartphone into the hub for media and navigation. In second place comes adaptive cruise control, which eases long-distance drives and adds welcome composure on the highway. It’s hard to argue with that ranking on today’s roads.
Traditional USB ports still hold their ground: for many, they’re simply more convenient than wireless options. Owners of performance-focused cars are more likely to switch on Performance or Race modes—sharpening throttle response and giving the exhaust note a more pronounced edge. Sometimes the straightforward setup delivers the most confidence.
Almost everyone underscored the importance of Bluetooth and the electronic parking brake, especially in cars with a manual gearbox. And heated seats along with a panoramic roof remain dependable hallmarks of on-the-road comfort.
The takeaway is simple: even familiar features can feel rewarding—when they make the trip calm, comfortable, and easy.
