Subaru has unveiled a special edition of its WRX sports sedan called the WRX AWD Club Spec Evo Edition. This limited-run model is restricted to just 75 units, all destined for the Australian market. The release coincides with the delivery of the 60,000th WRX in that country.

Based on the WRX AWD tS Spec B, the special edition features several unique touches. It comes painted in an exclusive Sunrise Yellow finish, complemented by matte 19-inch wheels and Club Spec Evo decals on the rear doors.

Inside, the cabin gets Recaro sport seats trimmed in Ultrasuede with contrasting yellow stitching. The interior also includes decorative elements with individual numbering and special edition logos.

Under the hood, the familiar turbocharged 2.4-liter boxer engine delivers 202 kW (275 hp). It pairs with a six-speed manual transmission and Subaru's Symmetrical AWD system. A Drive Mode Select system is also part of the package.

Models like this are aimed at enthusiasts who enjoy spirited driving, which is why the WRX is often seen as a go-to choice among production sports sedans for racing. For buyers, this matters because it highlights the car's performance pedigree.

In Australia, the Subaru WRX AWD Club Spec Evo Edition is priced at 63,190 Australian dollars. Orders are open now, but with such a limited production run, not every fan of the model will be able to secure one.
