Toyota has begun delivering its new electric crossover, the C-HR+, to the European market. This model represents a key part of the brand's expanded electric vehicle lineup.

The car is built on the eTNGA platform and comes with several powertrain options. The base front-wheel-drive version features a 57.7 kWh battery and a 165 hp electric motor, offering a WLTP range of up to 458 km.

A more powerful variant with a 77 kWh battery delivers 221 hp and can travel up to 607 km—the best range among Toyota's electric models in Europe. The top-of-the-line version, equipped with dual motors and all-wheel drive, produces 338 hp and has a range of up to 548 km.

The crossover supports fast charging at up to 150 kW, allowing a charge from 10% to 80% in about 28 minutes. It also offers AC charging at 11 kW and 22 kW, which can replenish the battery in 4 hours 48 minutes or 2 hours 12 minutes, respectively.

The C-HR+ is larger than the standard version and features a coupe-like body. Its design incorporates new eAxle electric modules with silicon carbide semiconductors, along with a heat pump and an intelligent energy management system to boost efficiency.
