Ford has unveiled a new version of its electric Mustang Mach-E crossover, called the GT California Special. This model features unique styling inspired by the original 1968 series.

The car stands out with 20-inch wheels, signature hood stripes, and blue emblems. Inside, it gets sport seats trimmed in ActiveX and Miko synthetic materials, which are designed to resist stains.

Updates also extend across the entire Mach-E lineup. The Premium Extended Range version now comes with low-rolling-resistance tires. This improvement boosts the driving range: up to 555 km for the all-wheel-drive model and up to 615 km for the rear-wheel-drive version, according to WLTP testing.

Standard equipment now includes an exit warning system that alerts drivers to approaching pedestrians and cyclists. The list also features adaptive cruise control, a collision avoidance system, and blind-spot monitoring. Additionally, the body color palette has been expanded. Pricing for the new version has not yet been announced.
