Porsche has launched a new Driving Center at the Laguna Seca racetrack in the U.S., offering driving programs priced from $3,500 to $14,000. Participants have access to models like the 911 Carrera S, Taycan GTS, and 718 Cayman, with formats ranging from one-day courses to three-day programs that can lead to a racing license.

The center is located at Laguna Seca, one of America's most famous tracks. Porsche provides instruction for drivers over 21, covering basic skills and advanced driving techniques. The programs include training on braking, cornering, and full track sessions.

The basic course costs around $3,500 and lasts one day. Two-day programs range from $6,500 to $9,000, while the top-tier "Masters RS" package is priced at $14,000 and includes training in the Porsche 911 GT3. Participants gain access to telemetry analysis and video recordings, which help them improve their track performance.

Porsche continues to develop the Driving Experience as a standalone product. This approach attracts customers who might not be ready to buy a car but still want the driving thrill.

In practice, Porsche is betting on experience over just vehicles. The Driving Center turns the brand into a service where the key product is the emotion of driving, not the car itself.
