The 2026 CR-V LX starts at $30,920, the Passport RTL at $44,950, and the Ridgeline Sport at $40,795. All three come in under the U.S. average new-car price of $46,303, according to J.D. Power.

Cars.com’s annual Best Value New Cars ranking focuses on mainstream, non-luxury vehicles that deliver the features buyers expect. To qualify, models must offer an automatic transmission, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection, brake assist, and lane-departure warning.

The ranking also weighs each vehicle’s average and starting price (including destination fee), EPA fuel economy rating, and estimated fuel costs.
