Bidding has opened in Europe for one of Mansory’s most unusual recent projects—the G 63 Star Trooper pickup created together with designer Philipp Plein. Only seven exist, and one of these rare builds is now being offered at almost one million euros including taxes. For the niche of exclusive off-roaders, that’s a big moment: Mansory creations have long functioned as a currency of their own among collectors.

As 32CARS.RU reports, little remains from a standard G 63 in this machine. Engineers shortened the body, integrated a cargo module, and replaced the bumpers, hood, and flares, using carbon fiber liberally throughout. The truck wears a trademark gray-and-black finish with red accents and striking lighting that makes the pickup stand out after dark. In live photos, it comes across more like a concept than a production model.

The technical side impresses even more. Under the hood are 838 hp and 1,000 Nm, enabling 0–100 km/h in 2.5 seconds—figures that feel almost unreal for a vehicle of this size. The cabin is lavishly equipped, from a Burmester audio system to a panoramic roof and numerous driver assists. The odometer shows about 1,350 kilometers, so it’s effectively new.

Given the asking price, you could buy several regular G 63s instead, but in the world of collectible tuning, machines like this play by their own rules. The Star Trooper is less about rationality and more about the urge to own something almost no one else has.
