Aion Unveils Hyptec GT, I60, N60, and V Home at Beijing Auto Show

The Aion Hyptec GT, revealed at the Beijing auto show, is built on the Aion AEP3.0 platform. It boasts an impressive drag coefficient of 0.19 Cd and comes with an active aerodynamic package: panels in the faux grille open automatically at high speeds, and the rear spoiler rises at 80 km/h. A standout feature of this sedan is its front scissor doors—vertical opening doors that are rare in the mass-market EV segment. The rear doors are frameless. The rear electric motor delivers 340 hp and 434 Nm, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in around 4.9 seconds. It's rear-wheel drive with an automatic transmission.

The Aion I60 is a high-capacity crossover designed specifically for family use. It's positioned as a people's car with extended capabilities. Electric-only range reaches up to 240 km, while combined range (electric + internal combustion engine) stretches to 1240 km. Fast charging can top up the battery to 80% in just 15 minutes. Luggage capacity is generous at up to 967 liters.

Aion N60 is the flagship EV, offering a higher level of comfort and technology. This model targets demanding consumers seeking a balance between performance and efficiency. It provides an electric-only range of up to 600 km. Advanced driver-assistance systems and premium multimedia are included. The interior features high-quality materials and an ergonomic layout.

At the international expo in Beijing, Aion also presented the V Home, billed as the ideal family car. It's designed to meet the needs of modern consumers looking for comfort, safety, and affordability. The Aion V Home is a spacious B-segment model suitable for elderly drivers and young families alike. The five-seat cabin includes a well-appointed driver area and rear seats with ample adjustability. Designed for long trips, the car offers an electric range of up to 500 km, with a 75 kWh battery. Fast charging capability supports up to 99% charge, minimizing stops along the way.
