New Chery Models Unveiled at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show
Discover Chery's latest lineup debuted at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show, including A9 wagon, A9L sedan, Tiggo X crossover, and other hybrids and EVs with impressive range.
The Chery A9 Wagon is an estate that combines a spacious interior with a generous trunk. It features the Chery Kunpeng Super Hybrid Electric 6.0 system paired with a DHT Pro continuously variable transmission. The powertrain includes a 160 kW 1.5-liter engine delivering 310 Nm of torque, along with a 33.7 kWh Kunpeng Blade lithium iron phosphate battery. Its electric-only range reaches 260 km.
The Chery A9L is a flagship sedan equipped with the CDM 6.0 hybrid system. It is based on a 1.5-liter turbo engine producing 156 hp and 220 Nm of torque. This internal combustion engine works together with a DHT Pro hybrid transmission and an electric drive. According to the WLTC cycle, fuel consumption is just 0.52 L/100 km. The electric-only range reaches up to 200 km, while the total range exceeds 1400 km.
The Chery A9L GT is the flagship’s sport variant, distinguished by an aggressive design and enhanced features. It is equipped with the Falcon 700 driver assistance suite, enabling Level 2+ autonomous driving. The powertrain is shared with the A9L, but with a focus on dynamics and handling.
The Chery Fulwin T11 is a large plug-in hybrid crossover. On a full battery charge, it can cover 200 km, and up to 1400 km in hybrid mode. It is powered by two electric motors, one on each axle, and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in about five seconds. Charging the traction battery from 30% to 80% takes 19 minutes.
The Chery T9L is a premium crossover packed with features. It comes with adaptive CDC suspension and the Snow Leopard all-wheel-drive system. The hybrid powertrain produces 476 hp and 630 Nm of torque. The Falcon Pilot 700 system provides Level 2+ autonomous driving.
The Chery 7L is a five-seat crossover. It measures 4655 mm in length, 1880 mm in width, 1690 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2720 mm. Wheel sizes are 18 or 19 inches. A 1.5-liter turbo gasoline engine (156 hp, 230 Nm) is paired with a six-speed automated manual transmission. A 1.6-liter engine (200 hp, 310 Nm) comes with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. Drive is exclusively front-wheel.
At the Beijing Auto Show, Chery also showcased a large crossover called the Tiggo X. Unlike current Chery models, its front end features headlights with two LED strips, a backlit brand logo, and a massive grille. Given the name, this model is expected to become the flagship of the Tiggo lineup.
Additionally, Chery presented the Arrizo S, Arrizo X, T8, and QQ3 at the auto show. The 2026 Beijing Auto Show confirmed that Chery continues to actively expand its lineup, offering innovative and stylish vehicles that cater to diverse customer needs.
