The Jaecoo 8 SHS-P, a large plug-in hybrid SUV from the Chinese brand, is entering the Dutch market with a starting price of €53,990.

That price buys the five-seat Luxury trim. The car measures 4.82 meters in length. Its powertrain delivers 428 hp and 580 Nm, with all-wheel drive. A 34.46 kWh battery provides up to 135 km of electric range, and the 0–100 km/h sprint takes 5.3 seconds.

The lineup also includes a seven-seat Exclusive version for €55,990. It offers 200 liters of cargo space behind the third row. The five-seat variant provides 738 liters with the rear seats up, expanding to 2,021 liters when the second row is folded.

Standard equipment is generous, featuring heated, ventilated, and massaging seats, a panoramic roof, a 14-speaker audio system, a digital instrument cluster, and a 12.3-inch multimedia display. A comprehensive suite of active and passive safety systems is also included.
