Mercedes-AMG is putting the finishing touches on its second Mythos series model. Dubbed the CLE Mythos, it will be limited to just 30 units worldwide, according to Motor.es.

Based on the Mercedes CLE, this is far from a standard coupe. The prototype has already shed some of its camouflage, revealing widened front arches with ventilation grilles, a prominent hood stamping, a large manually adjustable rear spoiler, quad exhaust tips, and a massive diffuser.

Inside, it's strictly a two-seater, with no rear seats and a frame structure behind the front seats. The source hints that some of this equipment could be offered as a pricey option.

Under the hood, the Mercedes-AMG CLE Mythos is expected to pack a 4.0-liter V8 biturbo producing around 650 hp, paired with a nine-speed automatic and 4MATIC+ all-wheel drive.

Mercedes has yet to announce a launch date or official pricing, but the source suggests it could cost more than the AMG PureSpeed (922,000 euros) and approach the 1-million-euro mark. Among 2026 sports cars, the CLE Mythos will stand out not for its volume but for its rarity and extreme execution.
