Maserati has unveiled a one-off MC20 Cielo Opera d’Arte at Milano AutoClassica. Developed over more than a year and executed with thousands of hours of handcraft, the project sits within the Fuoriserie program and shows how far the brand is willing to go with personalization.

The body wears an artistic paint treatment spanning 15 shades, from vivid yellow to electric green. Every color was applied by hand, with select elements finished using a laser technique. Even the wheels were designed specifically for this version. The whole composition feels closer to a moving gallery piece than a conventional livery.

Inside, Alcantara, leather, and carbon fiber come together with laser-patterned details. Each component was hand-finished, underscoring the car’s singular character. Technically, the car keeps the 3.0-liter Nettuno V6 used across the MC20 range — a choice that preserves the model’s core identity rather than reinventing it.

At the same time, Maserati introduced Bottegafuoriserie, a new customization and restoration initiative created together with Alfa Romeo. The center will take on complex bespoke projects and broaden personalization options for collectors and buyers seeking maximum exclusivity. It’s a logical step for those who want factory-backed individuality without compromise.
