Subaru has widened the Crosstrek range with a special 4WILD edition, a trim that leans into both style and utility for drivers who split their time between city streets and easy trails. The package can be added to the Style, Style Xtra, and Premium trims while preserving the core hardware of those models.

The kit includes scratch guards for the hood, doors, and rear section, matte-black 17- or 18-inch wheels, 4WILD badging, and a rear bumper protector. Inside, there are water-resistant floor mats, orange accents, model-specific emblems, and reinforced sill protection. It’s a set of add-ons that looks practical first and foremost, with a restrained dose of attitude.

Powertrain specs mirror the rest of the Crosstrek line: a hybrid system pairing a 2.0‑liter boxer engine (136 hp) with a 12.3 kW electric motor, working through a Lineartronic continuously variable transmission. Symmetrical AWD teams up with X-Mode and Active Torque Vectoring to enhance stability on tricky surfaces. With 220 mm of ground clearance and approach/departure angles suited to uneven paths, the 4WILD feels squarely aimed at gravel roads and weekend detours rather than hardcore rock crawling—which, for most owners, is exactly the point.
