New-generation Renault Clio: Europe pricing, trims and engines
Explore new-generation Renault Clio pricing in Europe: petrol from €26,990 and E-Tech 160 hybrid up to €32,990 in Evolution, Techno and Esprit Alpine trims.
Renault has released pricing for the new-generation Clio as European sales approach. The hatchback brings an updated range of powertrains and, compared with its predecessor, commands higher prices.
The base Evolution trim with a 1.2-litre petrol engine rated at 115 hp is priced at €26,990. This engine is offered exclusively with a six-speed manual gearbox and is also available in Techno trim for €28,990.
The second option is the Full Hybrid E-Tech 160, a 160 hp setup that pairs a petrol engine with an electric module. It can be specified with Evolution, Techno, and Esprit Alpine trims. Prices start at €28,990 and reach €32,990 for the top version. For comparison, the previous Clio offered a 143 hp hybrid from €26,890.
These versions will anchor the lineup while Renault has yet to confirm a 120 hp petrol variant capable of running on LPG. In everyday city driving, the updated Clio stays a compelling choice, now with a broader spread of power and improved efficiency over the previous generation. The manual-only petrol suits those who like a more involved drive, but the stronger hybrid reads as the sweet spot for urban commuters who want lower running costs without giving up pace.
