Skoda Auto's new Camp Mode keeps your EV's cabin warm all night through the MySkoda app — no dealer visit, no extra gear, just 30% charge.

Skoda has just turned its EVs into overnight retreats. Skoda Auto has introduced Camp Mode in the MySkoda app, letting owners use their electric car as a comfortable base for overnight stays and longer breaks. The automaker announced the feature on 14 July 2026 in Mladá Boleslav. It is built specifically for nights spent parked up, not just quick charging stops.

The idea is simple: tap one icon in the app, and the climate system takes over. Cabin temperature stays exactly where you set it, all night long, with zero input from the driver. No extra gadgets required. Just a smartphone and a charged battery.

Camp Mode arrives with the MySkoda 8.14 update. And here’s the best part: no dealer visit needed. The only catch is that the high-voltage battery has to be charged to at least 30%, and Skoda Connect services must be active. Skip either one, and that rooftop-tent dream stays a dream.

The list of compatible models is sweeping: Epiq, Elroq, Enyaq and Peaq — the brand’s entire electric lineup at once. Skoda states plainly that neither the car’s generation nor its software version matters.
