No new model. No new engine. And yet the Escalade family in the Middle East will never look the same again: Cadillac has pulled all of its flagship SUVs under a single banner — the Escalade Collection.
This is not a launch and not a separate trim level. It is a regional strategy meant to hold together in one lineup things that have no technical reason to sit side by side: a naturally aspirated V8, a supercharged monster and two electric heavyweights.
The family includes the regular Escalade, its performance version, the Escalade-V, plus the electric Escalade IQ and the long-wheelbase Escalade IQL. Four vehicles. One name. And completely different universes under the hood.
The Escalade Collection arrived alongside the rollout of the electric IQ and IQL across Middle Eastern markets. In June 2026, Cadillac’s official dealer in Saudi Arabia, Aljomaih Automotive, presented both EVs in Jeddah and declared them part of the expanded family. Buyers were handed a choice: the familiar petrol Escalade, the ferocious Escalade-V or the electric versions in two lengths.
Technically these cars remain worlds apart. The petrol Escalade runs a 6.2-liter V8 with 420 hp. The Escalade-V keeps the same displacement but adds a supercharger and 682 hp. The electric Escalade IQ delivers up to 750 hp in Velocity Max mode, and the claimed range of the Middle Eastern version reaches 724 km on the manufacturer’s standardized test cycle; the longer IQL is rated at up to 708 km. In the UAE the electric version starts at 586,000 dirhams, roughly $159,600.
So Cadillac is not burying the classic Escalade under an EV. It is splitting the versions by scenario. Want a V8? Here it is. Want 682 hp? Take them. Want silence and 724 km? That works too. The name stays exactly the same. What changed is the structure of the offer, not the engineering of cars already on sale.
