Chrysler is about to pull off something nobody saw coming: the brand that has survived on a single model for years is getting two new crossovers at once. Meet the Arrow and Arrow Cross — both built on the Fiat Grizzly family. MotorTrend broke the news after interviewing Stellantis chief designer Ralph Gilles. According to the outlet, the coupe-styled Fiat Grizzly Fastback will underpin the Arrow, while the standard Grizzly becomes the Arrow Cross.
Both models share the Stellantis Smart Car platform and will be adapted for North American requirements. But calling this a simple badge swap would be wrong: the exterior design and interior elements get their own Chrysler-specific treatment. Irina Zavatski, Chrysler's head of exterior design, is leading the project on the brand's side.
At its Investor Day, Stellantis said the Arrow and Arrow Cross are meant to anchor the affordable end of Chrysler's lineup. Starting prices are targeted below $30,000. Final pricing hasn't been announced yet.
European Fiat Grizzly models are expected to reach the market by the end of 2026, while exact launch timing for the Chrysler Arrow and Arrow Cross remains unannounced.
