You've seen this 600-horsepower electric Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow before — you just didn't expect it to show up again. The car resurfaced in public during California car week, even though it's anything but new. Bisimoto built this one on a 1974 sedan back for SEMA 2024, where Toyo Tires unveiled it as Bisi Ezerioha's fully electric project.
Now Ezerioha claims around 600 hp, a 400-volt architecture, and two LG Chem battery packs totaling 70 kWh. The liquid-cooled electric motor spins up to 18,500 rpm, and charging runs through CCS. An AEM VCU275 controller handles the powertrain.
Here's where it gets interesting. Toyo Tires' official announcement ahead of SEMA 2024 quoted 639 hp and a 66 kWh battery for this exact Silver Shadow. Meanwhile, Bisimoto's own website now describes a piece of merchandise tied to the car as belonging to a “620-horsepower” electric Rolls-Royce. Three numbers, one car — coincidence? Whether the powertrain was actually retuned or this just comes down to different rounding methods, nobody's saying.
The build itself remains instantly recognizable, though: the classic Silver Shadow body paired with air suspension, forged Brixton wheels, Toyo Proxes tires, fresh leather-and-Alcantara trim, and specialized gauges for the electric powertrain. The Chalk White paint, for what it's worth, has stuck around since the car's first showing too.
The next public stop is already on the calendar: Toyo Tires will hold its Shutter Space Collaborative Car Meet in Irvine on August 29, 2026. That's where we'll find out whether the SilvEV Ghost's return comes with real technical upgrades — or whether Bisimoto just gave a familiar restomod a fresh outing.
