While Toyota USA is preparing to sell just 2,500 anniversary Corollas, Europe has gone considerably bigger. As of August 25, orders are open on three body styles at once — the hatchback, the Touring Sports wagon, and the sedan. Toyota has chosen not to reveal the European production run, and the first cars won't reach customers until the end of October 2026.
According to Toyota Europe's official announcement, the hatchback and wagon get a special Boreal Blue finish with a black roof and pillars, 17-inch wheels, silver trim, and anniversary badging. The sedan gets its own color, Lunar Sky Blue, plus a decorative stripe on the trunk lid. Every body style comes with sill covers, floor mats, and 60th Anniversary emblems.
The technical side, though, hasn't changed at all. The hatchback and Touring Sports keep the fifth-generation hybrid powertrains: a 1.8-liter unit making 140 hp and a 2.0-liter making 178 hp. The sedan is offered only with the smaller hybrid. Standard kit includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.5-inch infotainment screen, and the Toyota T-Mate safety suite.
The contrast with the American offering isn't just about numbers. Toyota USA will sell only a sedan built on the SE Hybrid trim, and deliveries won't start until early 2027. Europe gets three body styles sooner — but pricing and how many cars each country will receive remain a secret for now. It's the national price lists that will finally show just how much Toyota decided the anniversary trim is worth, without a single change under the hood.
