New Milltek Sport exhaust systems for Hyundai N models
Milltek Sport launches exhaust systems for Hyundai N models, with EU-legal and track versions, valved options, deeper tone and sharper response for everyday use.
UK-based Milltek Sport has launched a new range of exhaust systems for full-fledged Hyundai N models rather than the N Line packages. The lineup covers five cars: i20 N, i30 N, Kona N, Elantra N, and Veloster N. The brief is simple: sharpen the character without turning a daily Hyundai into an uncompromising track toy.
The systems were engineered in-house and refined with the Nurburgring in mind, echoing Hyundai N’s own approach. Buyers can choose road-legal, EU-certified setups or freer-flowing motorsport versions for the track. Depending on the model, there are valved and non-valved options, plus a spread of tailpipes—from classic stainless to black finishes, titanium, and carbon. It is a familiar playbook for the brand and, crucially, one that should work in everyday use.

Milltek is prioritizing sensations over scoreboard stats: improved breathing, less back pressure, a more responsive pedal, and a deeper, more assertive note. Against the backdrop of the factory popcorn theatrics and configurable modes, it reads like a natural extension of the N philosophy—especially for those who drive enthusiastically but do not want a constant racket in traffic. In practice, that balance is exactly what many N owners seem to be after.
