Opel has unveiled the Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo concept—its most powerful and forward-looking project in years—at Auto Zürich 2025. Developed together with the creators of Gran Turismo 7, the car blends the real and virtual worlds and points clearly to the direction of Opel’s future models. The result feels less like a show car and more like a statement of intent.

The concept is powered by an electric setup producing 588 kW (around 800 hp) and 800 Nm of torque. It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km/h. A lightweight body, shaped first through digital modeling in virtual reality before becoming a full physical prototype, underlines the performance brief. The numbers are startling, but the process behind them is just as telling.

The Corsa GSE Vision Gran Turismo made its premiere at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich and was then shown at the Gran Turismo World Series in Berlin. The model drew a strong response from showgoers and the gaming community alike, quickly becoming a symbol of a new era for Opel—proof that the brand knows how to speak to both enthusiasts and players.

The GSE Vision project illustrates how gaming technologies and engineering can shape the sports cars of 2026, bringing speed, design, and emotion together in a single future-facing machine.
