Cadillac Escalade IQL launches in South Korea – the largest electric SUV and priciest Cadillac. Delivers 750 hp, 710 km range, 800V charging, and Super Cruise.

Cadillac has brought the Escalade IQL to South Korea. This long-wheelbase electric version of the Escalade IQ is now the most expensive Cadillac in the country and the largest SUV on the Korean market.

In South Korea, the IQL is available exclusively in Premium Sport trim. Compared to the standard Escalade IQ, it offers greater length, more third-row space, and a larger cargo area. For a vehicle in this segment, that's no small thing: buyers of large premium SUVs aren't just paying for screens and horsepower—they're paying for space, rear-seat comfort, and the ability to use the car as executive transportation.

Under the skin, it's every bit a flagship. The Escalade IQL packs two electric motors, all-wheel drive, and up to 750 hp and 1,064 Nm of torque. The 205 kWh battery delivers a certified range of 710 km, while the 800-volt architecture allows charging at up to 350 kW. For a heavy luxury EV, that's the crucial combination: a large battery isn't just about impressive numbers—it's about eliminating range anxiety on long journeys.

Standard equipment includes Super Cruise, a hands-free driver assistance system for compatible highways. Cadillac is also leaning hard on technology, safety, and comfort, since the IQL sits at the pinnacle of its lineup. In South Korea, the price is 287,570,000 won—roughly $189,100 or 13.6 million rubles.

The Escalade IQL signals the direction Cadillac is taking its most iconic model. The gas-powered Escalade isn't going anywhere, but the most expensive and tech-laden version now swaps the V8 rumble for a range measured in kilometers of electric driving.
