The current-generation BMW M5 G90 has quickly become one of the most talked-about new cars of 2026. This buzz stems from its switch to a hybrid powertrain and a noticeable increase in weight. The sedan comes standard with a 4.4-liter V8 TwinPower Turbo paired with an electric motor, delivering 717 horsepower and 1000 Nm of torque. It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds—fast, but the previous generation was even quicker.
Mansory has taken its own approach to address this. After modifications, the powertrain now produces 838 horsepower and 1150 Nm of torque. Exact acceleration figures haven't been released, but given the weight remains similar, the sedan is almost certainly faster than the standard version.
Visually, the car has also been transformed. It features extensive carbon fiber bodywork with new bumper elements, widened side skirts, an aggressive diffuser, and a dual rear spoiler setup. The central triple-exhaust layout deserves special mention—a rare choice even in the tuning world.
The modified M5 is finished in a satin black paint with exposed carbon fiber accents and rides on new custom wheels. Yet, the car's technical philosophy remains unchanged: it's still a hybrid sports sedan blending a potent V8 with electric assist, just now wrapped in a far more provocative package.
The new M5 is already sparking intense debate, and the Mansory version adds fuel to the fire. On paper, the upgrades seem justified, but the design is a matter of taste. If the standard M5 seems too subdued, this version is guaranteed to turn heads.
