Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Cullinan Yachting collection: four bespoke vehicles that embody the aesthetics, materials, and spirit of modern yachting. Each car is named after one of the cardinal directions—North, South, East, or West.

All four models feature marine-grade teak wood trim, hand-painted nautical fascias, Mediterranean-inspired Starlight Headliners, and distinctive exterior finishes. This reflects Rolls-Royce's long-standing connection to the maritime world, from Charles Rolls's family yacht to contemporary collaborations with leading yacht designers.
Hand-painted customization is becoming increasingly popular. Rolls-Royce now employs in-house specialists dedicated to this craft. In each Cullinan Yachting, the radiator grille and picnic tables showcase artwork depicting the wake of a speed tender heading toward an anchored yacht. The direction of the wake corresponds to the yacht's orientation—North, South, East, or West—making every vehicle unique.

Developing the composition took two months of experimentation. The artist refined color combinations, application techniques, and lacquering processes. To achieve a realistic wave effect, pigment is airbrushed onto wet lacquer and then shaped with a fine brush. By directing air across the surface and manually adjusting the paint flow, the artist creates a natural sense of motion.
The painted artwork spans a wider section across the full width of the vehicle. The fascia is finished in an exclusive Piano Milori Sparkle color: a rich metallic blue reminiscent of the deep crystalline tones of the French Riviera.
Beyond the trim, open-pore teak wood is used throughout the Cullinan Yachting interior. It appears in the rear cabin, waterfall trim, center console lid, and door panels. This material, commonly found on yacht decks, was chosen for its authenticity, natural texture, and subtle visual warmth.

A marquetry-inlaid compass motif on the rear waterfall panel completes the theme. Each design comprises over 40 individual veneer pieces of sycamore, teak, ash, and black Bolivar, all hand-cut and assembled.
The interior features Arctic White and Navy Blue leather with contrasting stitching, piping, and Navy-colored headrest monograms. Seat inserts are adorned with a bespoke hand-stitched diagonal stripe pattern using proprietary Rolls-Royce thread.
Each Cullinan Yachting includes a unique Starlight Headliner. It combines static and animated fiber-optic "stars," hand-placed in patterns inspired by Mediterranean wind charts. Moving air currents, composed and interpreted by the Rolls-Royce Bespoke Collective team of designers, craftspeople, and engineers, drift gracefully across the cabin ceiling.
The exterior finish of each Cullinan Yachting reflects its cardinal direction. "North" features Crystal over a light blue base, evoking cold high-latitude waters. "South" uses a deep, serene Crystal over Arabian Blue IV, suggesting warmer climes. "East" is finished in Dark Silk, a dark turquoise symbolizing the calm and mystery of the deep sea. "West" wears Sapphire Gunmetal, reminiscent of stormy skies over the ocean.
The cars are further distinguished by a hand-painted compass motif on the front wings, with the corresponding direction highlighted in red. This is complemented by a hand-applied double pinstripe in Phoenix Red and Arctic White. Each model rides on 22-inch polished alloy wheels that mirror the gleaming hulls and deck fittings of modern yachts.
